- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- At end of stay I ask that you sweep out trailer and remove everything that is brought or a $100 cleaning fee will be imposed against the damage deposit.
Can park at the Lakeview golf and country club
Or any other destination with a fee to deliver to site
Fuel surcharge fee of $20 will be charged for Fuel if Gas increases for every $1 above $4.50 a gallon
