- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- If these rules are violated these fees will be charged at the conclusion of your trip once we have examined the camper. These fees will be deducted from your deposit.
- You must provide the address, lot number, and dates via your campsite receipt of your location.
- The camper must remain at the know location for the duration of the rental period unless you are renting for longer period of time and have discussed this with owner of RV prior to renting.
- The location must provide electricity and water hook-ups
No smoking or illegal substance in RV. Pets allowed in RV. Preferably small pets. No more than 2 at a time. Renter responsible for damages that pets cause to the inside of the RV. Service Pets welcomed. Please do not leave pets unattended or without an AC going in the RV....
