2020 kid-friendly, pet-free, smoke-free (vapor-friendly) trailer. Fully dressed regular size queen bed. There are 3 bunks in the back for the kiddos and the table folds down for 1-2 adults. The couch is also a sleeping option for more kiddos.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 30
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Any off-grid camping will require the rental of the generator we have available.
- If you haul the trailer vs delivery, all black and gray water tanks will be emptied upon return.
- The trailer will only be placed in designated RV camping spots.
- Rentals that require delivery of more than 100 miles will be for a period of 5 or more days.
