Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No pets of any kind.
- No cooking of seafood or other food with strong lingering odors inside the camper.
- No Smoking of any kind (vaping, cigar, marijuana, cigarette, etc.) Results in loss of deposit plus any additional fees required to remove residue and odor.
- No use of table for sleeping
- If bed bugs are found after your rental, renter is required to pay remediation fee. Camper is thoroughly inspected after each rental and linens are treated and provided to help prevent this issue.
Camper is to be left in the condition it was found unless cleaning service is chosen. If the cleaning fee isn't selected and you chose NOT to clean up after yourself, we will request the fee from the security deposit when completing the final check out form on RV share.
