Has a stove, an outdoor kitchen with a sink and mini-fridge, 3 slide-outs, a microwave, fridge, shower, and bunk beds in the rear, a kitchen table lets down into a bed, a couch folds down into a bed, and the bedroom has a queen-size bed. 32-inch tv in the living room mounted above an electric fireplace and a 24" in both bedrooms.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking and no pets. Maximum occupancy is eight persons in total. No exceptions.
- This RV is for use only in areas with water, sewer, and electricity hookups. The owner will cancel any reservation for any destination not meeting these requirements. Destination required at booking.
- The renter will clean the RV before returning it. Cleaning includes sweeping, moping, wiping counters/surfaces, removing trash, and cleaning the refrigerator. Otherwise, a cleaning fee is charged.
- Grey water and Black water tanks must be 100% empty upon return. A dumping fee, calculated by volume, is applied to any liquids left in the thanks.
- All damages not present at pickup time and any items lost or stolen will be charged to the customer. The customer is responsible for identifying any damages with the owner before departure.
The customer pays all damages not covered by the deposit plus loss of usage fees.
