I am sorry you had a bad experience. I used the camper the weekend before for my family and the Awning was fine. I am the only owner of this camper and the awning has not been replaced or worked on. You literally left the awning out in a wind storm. So yes you are responsible...

Better than advertised! Robin was fantastic to work with, and the RV was even better than it looked in the pictures. Everything was clean from top to bottom, and Robin had it stocked with more amenities tua we even knew we needed. What a great trip!
