We just upgraded to the 2021. Great trailer easy to tow, master bed has closing doors for privacy, separate bunkhouse room has 4 beds, one that converts to table for two, great for kids. Bathroom has shower and tub. Couch and dinette can fold into beds. Outdoor kitchen with fridge sink and grill. Easy flush system for dumping. Storage in the front area.

the large slideout makes it very roomy, incredibly comfortable, and Travis is so accommodating and easy to work with. everything we needed was provided and even the generator was electric start....

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking inside the trailer. Festivals allowed. Roll Awning in any time you are not at the trailer and any time it gets windy.
- Dogs allowed, only if you clean up the pet hair. No Cats, I am very allergic. You can pre-pay dump fees or if you decide after the fact, I can charge you on return.
- We offer Delivery and full setup, this requires purchase of the dump fee and any bedding you wish to use. If you rent the generator, its unlimited use, but you are responsible for returning it full.
- We provide a stabilizer hitch, only use it while traveling on asphalt. If the trailer runs out of paper/plastic products, please let me know so I can replace.
- Please leave the refrigerator on when returning. During setup make sure the last step completed is the electric stabilizers(moving the trailer with these extended will cause damage)
