Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Pet policy- we welcome small (less than 25 lb) well-behaved dogs with pre-approval and additional fee. Dogs must be crated when left alone in camper.
- Renter is responsible for reserving campsite and confirming that it can accommodate a 35 ft RV with slides.
- This unit is for delivery only.
- Dump fee will be added to any bookings that do not have sewer hook-ups at your campsite. This covers dumping at the end of your trip only. Any dumping required during your stay is your responsibility
- No rentals for parties and/or music festivals. This is a family unit and we ask that you treat it respectfully as such. Any evidence of smoking or pet damage will result in loss of security deposit.
