Only 3,100 lbs. VERY clean inside & out. we're flexible on pickup and drop off times. We disinfect the camper and also letting it sit for 24-48 hours before and after every rental.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No boondocking or off road camping.
- No generators or fuel stored inside of RV.
- No fish frying inside of RV.
- Only campgrounds, state parks etc. set up for RVs. No music festivals etc. with no RV setups.
- Due to the fast onset of high winds in Colorado-renters may NOT use awning.
On our property, with view of mountains. Electric hookup and water. Approx 25 min from Pikes peak Raceway, 1 hour to Colorado Springs, 2 hours from Denver, 45 minutes to Garden Of The Gods , 10 min to Pueblo Lake etc...
We do NOT allow outside generators or gasoline to be used or transported anywhere inside this RV or it's cargo spaces. If you wish to use an outside generator you must transport it and its fuel in your tow vehicle. Thank You.
