Thank you for allowing us to use your RV. We had a comfortable sleep for our family of 8, over 9 days. Refrigerator keep food super cold and the AC and heater worked good as we crossed into many states and altitudes. It was nice to be able to shower and cook at our convenience. ...

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 27
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Policies/Rules: Please use ladders when using upper bunks. NO SMOKING or VAPING in The Happy Camper. There will be a $200 fee. This is a DOG FRIENDLY RV! Please clean after pets.
- We realize things sometimes happen! Message host immediately if there is damage or other incidents that happened ahead of return and take pictures!
- Pickup Time is 3pm and Drop Off Time is 11am. If you need additional time, please go to your booking and add on the Early Pick Up Fee or Late Return Fee.
- Please place all remotes, games and walkie talkies back where they belong to prevent being charged in case we cannot locate them.
- Place all USED sheets and towels in the bathroom area. If you did not add-on the Septic Cleaning and Propane Refill at the time of reservation, those fees will come out of the security deposit.
