The park features several lakes and streams and miles of hiking trails. Fishing, boating, swimming, birding, hiking, biking, and horseback riding are some of the activities available in the park. Hanging Rock State Park

Hanging Rock State Park is about two and a half hours northwest of Fort Bragg, so you could make a detour to go there at the end of your trip. The park is named for a scenic rock outcrop called Hanging Rock. There are numerous waterfalls, rock formations, cliffs, and gorgeous views in the park. The National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City is a great place to learn about Western history, culture, and art. Their collection of Western art is especially extensive. Fort Smith National Historic Site

Memphis, Tennessee

Memphis, Tennessee, is home to Elvis Presley's former home, Graceland. You can also visit Sun Studio, the birthplace of rock and roll.
