Biscayne National Park

A visit to Biscayne National Park near Miami is a must on your Boston to Miami RV road trip. Here, you'll have boat-required access to numerous islands, reefs, and popular scuba diving spots. Take the Maritime Heritage Trail, an underwater series of dive sites where you can explore several shipwrecks. At Biscayne Bay Lagoon, the water teems with sea life and is perfect for viewing turtles, dolphins, and a variety of bird species. 

Everglades National Park

Lake Kissimmee State Park  

Lake Kissimmee State Park offers a variety of relaxing activities from horseback riding the park's 6 miles of equestrian trails to stargazing the dark night sky. Boating and viewing rare wildlife on the Kissimmee, Rosalie, and Tiger lakes, picnicking under beautiful shaded pavilions, and spending a couple of days camping and hiking are some other fantastic ways to experience everything that's available at this location.

On your way through Philadelphia, check out the Liberty Bell, an iconic American symbol of freedom and liberty. While you're at this site, you should also explore Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell Center for an interesting historical journey back to the founding of the United States. 

National Mall

Stroll down the National Mall, and enjoy gazing at a few of Washington, D.C.'s most visited historic treasures at the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument and the 2,028-foot-long Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. While you're here, check out any one of the 11 Smithsonian museums located along the mall. 

Edgar Allen Poe House Museum

At the Edgar Allen Poe House Museum in Baltimore, you can expect to explore numerous exhibits featuring some of Poe's personal artifacts and a history of the author's life and death. Poe's house is also said to be a prime site for paranormal activity, so be on the lookout for apparitions, spooky vibes or sudden drops in temperature.
