How to get to Rocky Mountain National Park
The Beaver Meadows Visitor Center is the most accessible entrance when driving to Rocky Mountain National Park. It's open year-round and is close to Bear Lake and Trail Ridge Road. From Loveland, head west on East 4th Street toward Painters Aly. Turn right onto North Garfield Avenue. Turn left onto West Eisenhower Boulevard/W US-34 and continue for 15 miles. Turn right to stay on US-34 W. Continue straight to West Wonderview Avenue until you reach the visitor center.
From Denver International Airport, head west on Pena Boulevard. Take exit 6B toward Boulder/Ft. Collins. Merge onto E-570 North. Take exit 243 for State Route 66 toward Longmont/Lyons. Turn left onto CO-66 W/State Route 66/Lyons/Estes Park. Continue onto US-36 West for 1.3 miles, then turn left onto Main Street. Turn left onto 5th Avenue. Continue straight onto CP-7W/5th Avenue. Continue onto S. St. Vrain Drive. Follow County Rd 84 W to Co Highway 115 until you reach the visitor center.
