Located on Coralville Lake, and only 23 miles from Brucemore, The park is wooded with pine forests and mixed hardwoods creating a relaxing setting with a little privacy. Visitors enjoy boating, fishing, swimming, waterskiing, hiking and mountain biking. Walk the paved multipurpose trails for abundant wildflowers and wildlife sightings.
This family friendly park is a fisherman’s dream. Anglers regularly catch large and smallmouth bass, walleye, crappies, and catfish. Silver Bottom Disc Golf Course offers an alternative for those who enjoy a little sport. The 18 hole course is partially wooded. There are museums nearby for rainy days and the Amana Colonies are just down the road.
