Sleepy Hollow Campground is located about 25 miles east of Buffalo in the little town of Akron, New York. The 104-acre property features level, grassy lots with pull-through sites, big-rig access, full hookups, a rec room, picnic areas, and more. It is within driving distance of Darien Lake Amusement Park and Letchworth State Park, which has been aptly named the “Grand Canyon of the East.”
The campground offers a full schedule of planned activities, such as live music, karaoke, Chinese auctions, Easter egg hunts, golf tournaments, horseshoe tournaments, potluck dinners, and hayrides. Pavilions are available for special events, and the campground has a lovely sandy beach for swimming and picnicking.
“I go to sleepy hollow with my friends and family every year and it is a great place to spend the summer or even just a few days. This campground has many activities and things to do and is located by many other places to visit. The staff there is very friendly and i would highly recommend this campground for children, teens, adults and families as a whole.” – Alix, Google Review
