Shenandoah River State Park offers riverfront campsites as well as electric-hookup sites. Enjoy a zip-line in the park or take advantage of the hiking, horseback riding, and boating opportunities in the area.
“If you’re into kayaking or tubing or swimming there’s a lot of riverfront property in this park, that being the Shenandoah River. If you’re into hiking, there are a lot of trails to do that and some of these trails go right along the Shenandoah River with some very beautiful views. Of course, if you’re into the family picnicking scene, there are plenty of facilities for doing that, and although I did not see it, they put in a zip line system in the past year or two.” – Jared, Google Review
