“Small park beside a river, been coming here for 15 years or so. Sometimes you get some transients through here but that’s usually later at night. Playground is well kept, there’s grills at two of the 3 shelters, public restrooms (they usually close around 8-9pm EST though). Cops periodically make a quick patrol through the area.
