This 22-acre park is part of the Jackson County Parks and Rec Department, and it features 60 modern sites with water and electricity. Clean restrooms, hot showers, a dump station, and water tower are located in the park. Swimming and biking areas, a playground, and fishing opportunities will keep everyone in the family happy.
An 18-hole golf course is half a mile away from the park. Nearby businesses include the Pregitzer Farm Market, a convenience store, and a couple of pub-style restaurants. The overall atmosphere is quiet and secluded, making it perfect for anyone who wants a peaceful and relaxing vacation.
“This is a very nice public lake. They have a basketball court, GaGa court, shuffleboard, Frisbee Golf short course and a pretty good size playground for kids. They also have 3 pavilions for rent for family gatherings. There is no boat launch but there is one by the general store for a fee. The campground has 60 lots and is reasonable prices. I highly recommend either camping here or just coming for a day at the lake.” – Harry, Google Reviews
