The maximum combined vehicle length allowed is 40 feet (9 m), ensuring a manageable and secure camping experience for visitors.
Visitors to the North Rim Campground can relish the serene beauty of the canyon's less-crowded North Rim, featuring abundant wildlife, enticing hiking trails, and unparalleled vistas of one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. The campground imposes a restriction of no more than one vehicle with a trailer per family campsite, and only one tent is allowed in addition to a motorhome or trailer. For added convenience, a dump station and RV potable water are available at no charge at Camper Services, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable stay at an elevation of 8,200 ft., where pleasant summer temperatures and occasional afternoon thunderstorms create a picturesque setting.
