Millwood State Park Campground is an Arkansas state park managed by the Arkansas Department of Tourism. There are meandering water trails through timber, marshes, and oxbow cutoffs, and the 29,260-acre Millwood Lake is a fisherman’s paradise, overflowing with bass, catfish, and crappie. Bird enthusiasts can enjoy watching eagles and other birds in their natural habitat.
You’ll love Millwood State Park for its waterfowl and wildlife trails, marina, and bass fishing tournaments. There also are new Speed Queen commercial washers and dryers.
“We spent a night while traveling from Memphis to Dallas. It’s 30 minutes off the highway and incredibly easy to navigate. Individual fire pits, grills, and lantern hooks with each paved space just a stone’s throw from the lake. Clean individual showers.” – LMMP, Campendium Review
