If you drive about 60 minutes north of Sioux City along the Missouri River, you will find Mill Creek Park. The picturesque qualities of this park provide enough reasons to visit. Unique and imaginative family-oriented activities occur every day.
After you get settled in at your RV site, you’ll find lots of exploring to do on the park’s extensive trail system. Bird and wildlife watchers love this place where animals feel safe and come out to play. A wheelchair-accessible fishing dock and a heated fishing location for winter angling are both on site at Mill Creek Park.
“Maps show this as a State Park, but it’s run by O’Brien County Conservation Board. Concrete pads, shaded sites, fire rings, walk to lake beach make this a very popular park. No reservations taken. Open May 1-Sept. 30. Lots of grassy picnic area. Perhaps noisy when full.” -Bugsy, RVparkreviews
