In addition to the usually immaculate grounds, one can find a little something for everyone from ball diamonds to a fairly nice drive to good walking paths to very cool playground equipment for the kids, which is strong enough to hold adults as well. There is also quite a lot of that and a decent amount of shade, which makes for a pleasant place to spend some time.
