This is truly one of the most unique campgrounds near Scottsbluff, Nebraska. During the offseason, between October and May, it becomes a wildlife refuge for migratory birds. It is also home to Nebraska’s only full-sized lighthouse.
This is the campground for you if you are traveling through Nebraska and are looking for a waterside adventure. This park is the home of the largest body of water in the state, Lake Minatare. Furthermore, the park is perfect if you want to enjoy all that Scottsbluff has to offer because the city’s downtown is just a short drive away.
“We just returned home from Nebraska, stayed at Lake Minatare in Minatare, NE it was a nice State Park with only 30 amp electric. The park was clean, with clean bathrooms and showers. Also had a laundry facility.” – mtwigg99, Campground Reviews
