Just 26 miles northwest of Centennial is the Jefferson County Fairgrounds RV Park. This is a no-frills park, but it provides a very convenient and clean place to stop if you are traveling in the area or attending an event at the fairgrounds.
The Jefferson County Fairgrounds RV Park is a good place to stay if you want to visit the Coors Brewery and the Buffalo Bill Museum and Grave. It’s also convenient to restaurants and shopping in downtown Golden.
“Wonderfully quiet with the occasional big rig passing on the highway. Hosts were extremely friendly. All of them were willing to talk with me without giving me the feeling they had more important things to do. The campground is spacious and well priced for water and electric, with a dump station! – Darrell, Google Review
