Dillon State Park is one of the bigger state parks in Ohio, measuring almost 3,000 square miles. Here you’ll find the impressive rolling hills that can be found throughout Southeastern Ohio. Dillon State Park has more wooded areas than any of the other campgrounds in Dillon, Ohio.
If you love both ture and history, this would be a great park for you to visit. For centuries, this has been a traveling crossroads for tive Americans, boats on the Erie Cal, and cars taking the tiol Road. While these travel methods are not commonly used today, you can still see their effects on the area.
“We came to Dillon specifically to walk and found some very nice trails. We went to the dam and took a walk along the top– very scenic and interesting. Appears the park has a lot to offer, including boating and camping.” – DebWS, TripAdvisor Review
