“Wonderful little park! Coffee, food, entertainment within walking distance. We needed an emergency space to park our trailer for two weeks when our truck nearly blew a head gasket. They set us up in a brand new space! First ones to try it out! Great water pressure, power, shade under the big trees. (Us Oregonians have learned shade is crucial in Texas) The owners and staff are super friendly and helpful. Propane on site. They pick up your trash every morning. Wifi is good too! The Cake Lady has coffee, cupcakes, and pastries just down the street. Putters and Gutters is right next to the park with mini-golf, bowling, food, arcade games. This park is great for any age.
