Nestled about 15 minutes north of the Quad Cities area, Bald Eagle Campground is everything an RV park should be and more. It’s actually one of five campsites located in Scott County Park, and each site is spacious enough for a large rig and outfitted with a fire ring, picnic table, and patio. The site has large, recently updated restrooms and showers as well as a playground and pool on-site.
Camping at county parks can be a less-than-ideal experience but everything at Bald Eagle is well-maintained. Bald Eagle is kid-friendly, too, with a playground and a pool for your kids to enjoy. Bald Eagle is an ideal camp to set-up base on while exploring Quad Cities, and on top of all this, the nightly rates are hard to beat.
“Bald Eagle at Scott County Park is so nice. The sites are large, level, cement slots with open grassy space between so it never feels crowded, ever. The road is paved so it’s good for walking, strollers or little ones on bicycles.” – Lori, Facebook Review
