Archusa Creek Water Park is operated by the Pat Harrison Waterway District. It is to the south of Meridian and situated on the banks of Archusa Creek. This park features a medium-sized, full-hookup campground.
Archusa Creek Water Park is in a rural area, but it’s only 10 minutes away from the town of Quitman. This location provides easy access to city amenities while remaining peaceful and quiet. Plus, you can rent boats to explore Archusa Creek Water Park.
“This is a great campground and lake. The skiing is the most popular thing about this lake then boating and fishing. Fishing is below average. Good lake to canoe and kayak but stay close to shore during summer. I have spotted alligator nest on a sandbar near the inlet above the Hwy 18 bridge so use caution if fishing near here or islands.” – Johnathan, Google Review
