American Wilderness is the Closest Campground to Cleveland, Ohio. Only 35 minutes from downtown Cleveland. Very have lower rates and our park is the most beautiful! The ambiance of the park is just gorgeous. We very accommodating. We treat our customers with kid Gloves.
American Wilderness Campground is so packed with Fun Activities you may find yourself running out of time to Explore The Area. For wet days, there is a fully equipped game room to enjoy and on all the other day there are adventure playgrounds, picnic area and adventure gem mining available. If you love the water, then American Wilderness Campground and Event Center has its own swimming lake, complemented with sandy and Tadpole Beach, sprinkles and Tiki huts. There is an 11-acre fully stocked fishing lake, if you want to escape the busy life for a day; you can also hire a boat and get even further out onto the water. For the most active visitors, there are biking and hiking trails, a basketball court and a volleyball court.
